Nice song.
haven't been in touch with songs with a 5days-away-from-home routine.
It had been raining for a few days now. damn shitty.
during field camp also raining.
nothing much to update about I guess.
BOOKING OUT ON THURSDAY IS THE BEST!!! LOL

But when I open my eyes. DAMN IT!!
I'm still in love with the song "your love carries me". no idea why, but yea, love it.
well a couple more weeks and its POP for me. thn comes our VERY INTERESTING programme, and also the hell week.
I recently found one trend for my body. it likes to fall sick on fridays. TGIF my ass.
so can you imagine my weekends are spent on getting myself well and not being able to eat subway cookies and all.
well what to do? suck thumb.
Cheers all, and do take care.
Water and plenty of water!!

caught "500days of Summer" with Aileen tonight, a great movie indeed!!
It is quite meaningful at parts and well, i don't know what to say, but it is nice~
The IKEA part is nice, I think it is fun to carry it out.
I like this kind of movies I guess. The whole chronological thing was interesting with it skipping around.
especially the last part of the movie was great. What they said is like kinda stuck in my mind.
Had a great time eating Billy Bombers, feel quite stupid as I haven't ate that before.
Well, my monday to friday is the usual.
Fun and not so fun. that pretty much sums up everything.
shagged. I'm outta here.
Cheers people!!
Things happen, be it coincidental, fate, destiny.
But sometimes, it is us who have a choice to make it happen or let it slip right by.
Take a step forward, who knows just what might come up in your sights next.

it is always nice getting to meet up with good old buddies :)
roughly 5hrs to booking in.
well the usual, sunday blues.
the image of civilisation aka MRT, HDB is a very strong motivation to chiong when in camp.
never knew how happy it was to look at all these common infrastructure.
my feet have been hurting for the past days, so visited a chinese physician and now my feet is wrapped up.
the boots gonna have the TCM smell already. wooooooooooo!! it is better thn the damn smell i have in my boots currently.
things are going well, and not so well. but hey, when is life fair? so yups, it is the 5th week this book in. 5 more to go, and the going is gonna get tougher.
hammer, touch the fence, bodybuilders, indian run.
speaking of indian run, it is kinda fun. we run in a group as usual, and when the instructor shouts "GO!" the last row will have to sprint all the way to the front of the group and carry on jogging and it keeps going throughout the 6km run.
learnt plenty of new things in NDU. Well, i guess that is the difference between going tekong for bmt and NDU.
tough and fun sometimes goes together.
The only easy day was yesterday.
32nd batch, HOOYAH!!
p.s. Pardon the NS related posts for the past few entries and many more to come

ahahahaha!!
but well, there sure is more shit for us thn the other, so i think we deserve it.
almost halfway through bmt. hooyah!!
when I think about it, I realised that when we have the freedom to do certain things or achieve some things,
we start to take it for granted.
if we were to have that "privilege" taken away, we will grumble and complain about it.
so actually from this, I found that, through daily life,
we are forgetting that we're actually gaining each day through every single thing we do.
everyone started with nothing afterall. I guess it is wise to appreciate what we have.
well it may sounds a little weird, even after reading what i typed, i'm a little confused too.
maybe coz i'm damn tired now.
off to rest up a little.
CHEERS!!

I know it is kinda crappy.
I'm 20yrs old and i haven't seen a shooting star before.
I finally saw one a few days after enlistment during the march back to our cabins after nightsnack.
it was really a nice view.
I like places where there are very little light, so we can actually see the details that are hung up in the sky much clearer.
I like doing simple things like just watching stars, or having a night stroll along ECP.
well, I guess i find much joy in these than going to the movies or shopping.
boring or meaningless, you name it.
but this is what I like.
To have some time in our busy lives and just spend it relaxing in some quiet and peaceful place.

NDU 32nd Batch
HOOYA!!!!!
finally today book out after 10days, i'm lucky coz of the holidays.
Training was kinda tough already during bmt.
Can really feel the pride of being in NDU.
With what we went through in just this 10days, I already feel that those normal bmt at tekong is going to be a breeze.
I'm gonna rush sentosa soon!! muahahahaahaha!!
The only easy day was yesterday!!!!
When things get hard, or when shit comes along. Smile and the pain is gone! From there we can get things done.
that is one thing I learnt in this 10days, very effective.
CHEERS ALL!!
happy holidays!!

Nice song. Your Love Carries Me by Natasha Thomas, got to know about this song through one of the videos about SNSD. Pardon the video as I cannot find one with the lyrics or a proper MV.
It is very meaningful, do check it out. Won't be posting the lyrics here though.
Faith. A very strong and important thing in every relationship. It is what keeps both sides together through thick and thin.
yes, SNSD is the group that sang "Gee". ahaha i'm still damn attracted to that song.
Just a few days before enlistment and I got a combo of sore throat, flu and cough, well yes we all know what this combo leads to...
fever, and i got it yesterday before sleeping. Hope by tomorrow morning I will be fine.
anyways we brought Vernice Tan to ECP today for a walk, it has been very long since the 5 Tan family went out together.
because usually my bro and I might be busy with our stuff and such and dad is working.
being super excited once we "touched down"
posing by the beach with her flower hairclip.
doing a "dogwalk" by the wakeboarding area.
Vernice: I'm bringing sexyback!! (sexybutt)
tired after walking for quite sometime.
smile to the camera!!
being serious watching the wakeboarders.
a very tired vernice resting her head on my leg in the car. ain't she adorable?
so lets end this post with one of the things I like
Yes I like streetlights along roads which do not have much cars with this kind of sky.
simple? dumb? lame?
well, I like it.

So now I eat alot but still the usual, cannot gain weight.
went to the sengkang swimming complex again with my family.
i feel quite crap, swam 22laps, but my parents and bro all swam more than me.
This is not good, slacked too much!!

10 more days to booking in.
CHEAP BUY!!!!!!!!
I last sang this song in NCC, of course the last line isn't that but it is what it is.
yea now i'm feeling that nostalgic feeling of needing to book in the next day to ang moh kui(not sure how to spell) camp, the next day for some senior specialist course camp.
yes, "sian" is definately a part of my hweeling now.
but on the positive side,
new way of life, new buddies.
waking up early, sleeping early. might be a good way to lighten my dark eye bags.
ahahaha yea, i'm excited of the stupid reasons.
ohoh and not to forget, my dad says they have good food. so yea, WOOOOOOOOOO!!
HOOYAAAAA!!!

conversations.
It takes two, or more to make it happen.
Effective listening is the most important thing in each conversations.
How does one converse?
Listen.
Everyone likes to speak, but the one who listens is the better conversatonalist among them all.
what is important also.
is for both party to be a part of it.
if one does not place an effort to converse, there is no point in bringing it further.
tell me, what good is there to a single sided conversation?
so, how many of us listen to others with our hearts,
how many of us comprehend what the other party is saying before we spoke our mind?
my two cents worth.
CHEERS!!
